I didnt make any claims about the company being solvent or insolvent. I am curious as to whether Tim Lehany has been involved with any other companies that have become insolvent.
If he hasn't and SBM becomes insolvent then it would be his first.
At current gold prices, it appears that the ALD aquisition will be a significant drain on the company's resources.
