Poor Tim ,now he smuggled on to the jet on overseas trips and banned from giving the regal wave[which he pracitised for hours to perfect].Now the poor guy looks like he will be banned from speaking as well ,I guess he will just retreat to his shed and fix widgets or make home brew or something ,However he may get a reprieve if a wedding is planned,They'll have to let him speak then to say 'I DO'
