Thanks for a great post JgJ.
I am very new to the market and have learned a great deal from HC. I am sure we often write things and we regret it. Maybe Sandma is feeling this now.
I read a great reply from a well respected (wellI think they are)poster on HC.
I have copied it below. I trust the poster doesn't mind. It was very helpful information.

"I try to get into a position whereby the shares I keep are for (free) or at (no cost).

An example just last week.

Not GDA but another stock....

I bought 1,000,000 shares at .11c = $110,000

then sold 800,000 shares at .14c = $112,000

Profit $2000

Also now have 200,000 shares worth $28,000

which have cost me zero.

I then hold them mid term......as my reason for buying them was 3 fold....

1. trade them and make a quick profit
2. keep some as i liked the stocks potential mid term
3. be as close to free carried as possible as quickly as possible.

Doesn't always work quite that easily......and sometimes u can sell too soon...... when keeping the 1 mill shares would have been the better result.

However im decisive in my buying/selling.....stick to the plan......my plan is to always own my shares for free......then let them take their course.
