    re: kcn ... owns 18.81 per cent of and KCN's ASX announcement indicated its offer will close at 7.00 pm tonight Sydney time, "unless automatically extended under the Corporations Act."

    All KCN's previous offers have been extended, so why not a "Final Offer" which only implies that a higher offer will not be forthcoming from KCN.
