No this is incorrect. How in the world would have RXII ever have uplisted to the NASDAQ? A stock I owned when they uplisted. Or hundreds of other micro-cap bio-techs. They only needed to be 4$ and above for around 30-60 days straight, and be above I believe a 25 mill M.C.. You don't need any sort of cash flow to uplist to the NASDQ or about 500 bio-tech companies would have never uplisted.
