This post is a nonsense - perhaps you could include some substance in your post to give your argument a little credibility?
The new shares are from what has been called the best capital raise of 2019 - directors buying lots of shares at a premium.
Their strategy is clear and if they are successful at simply the stuff that's on the table right now then it could be a $3+ stock ($100m for the PRV and $350m for Bisantrene)
