You could wish that the shares were trading at 28c. You need to move the decimal point to 2.8c

This company is in real strife. It is all very well to hope for an increase in sales, but until it happens in a big way, this company is still going to be trading with a net current asset deficiency. It is effectively trading insolvently.
Bail whilst the shares are still trading. That situation may not continue for ever.
