The press says that they owe about $41m to their previous driller. If they end up not being able to pay that, they may get wound up.
They need a white knight of some sort and depending on the rumours they could be worth zero if no white knight appears or some decent sum.
Who knows. No doubt the upswings are the result of rumours regarding the next white knight.
