1. It is not a placement, it is a rights issue. If you don't want to buy them, then don't.
2. Todd is merrily underwriting the whole thing. How many other companies similar to Cue would give their eye teeth to have a shareholder with this amount of grunt.
3. The buy back into Jeruk is obviously a goer.
Really, what a bunch of sissies some people are. Raise a little capital and you go crying to your mummies.
