I'll be waiting for further comment but you run the risk of more slippage. As @Cmarcos said, they are distancing themselves from Z asap and that may make it hard to comment further as it would only bring the attention back on DCC. The best way forward is to get another partner signed up and book downloads. Z couldn't be anywhere near any negotiations going forward even on a consultant basis so hope they have the expertise on board to carry that off. IMO.
