I suggest that you have a read of the defamation laws first.
Posters have previously been successfully sued for comments deemed defamatory. We, as mods, attempt to prevent that from happening to save HC and posters legal costs so whilst your views have merit I would suggest that to contain such a 'name and shame' thread without risking law suit would be near on impossible.
So I would think any participants would be taking an extreme risk even if HC were to permit it (which I can't see happening)
