I don't think you're being a killjoy at all. It just reinforces my feeling that it won't be possible on HC. However, there must be a domain in which we could do so. Should peoples blogs on the hall of fame have brief descriptions of what they experienced or witnessed holding the particular stock, it would not be easy to litigate against. I will run it past a couple of family members in the law fraternity, but as they often tell me, the grey areas are thicker than most believe.
