We are writing to advise you that the rates you pay for electricity will increase from 2nd August 2012. Your new rates are shown on the back of this letter..turns over page;

Current rate 28.842 cents per Kwh
New rate 34.419 cents per Kwh (was 16 cents in 2009)

supply charge will increase from 107.80 per day to 138.03 per day.

The biggest jump is in 'Controlled load 1 supply charge' which jumps from 9.12 cents to 12.54 cents. Ie. 37.5%.
