i like the statement on page 46 about reiterating chinese and european refinery interest.
if you compare the production they are now striving for (up to 4 mill tons) as compared to what they were producing, then things could get exciting IF they land a contract.
good presso, seems a whole lot more professional, especially now they are really trying to survey what they have on hand to build a proper future, makes ya shake your head at what they were doing a few yrs back...recently holding... time will tell.
