In the report they mention CMP's El Algarrobo mine. You can view it here and read about it here. ADY's Japonesa mine is about 40km north east of Algarrobo. I'm unsure of the status of the Algarrobo mine. I read once that it is approaching the end of its life but cant find that source now. If it is that would free up the rail considerably. It don't look very busy on Google's sat image. We need to find CMP's annual report on that.
Algarrobo produces highly concentrated ore through benefaction and then CMP further concentrates it into pellets at Husco. I understand this is to maximise the value and minimise the transport.
I'm not sure but Ferronor's rail appears to be only a single carriageway for much of its length and has to traverse the mountains to get to Husco. You can view that here.
So I think ADY will have to concentrate their ore to the max, similar to CMP to make a profit. But if they get cheap power that should be achievable.
