It's difficult to imagine any essentially new operation getting the sort of funding ADY will require to get a 2500MT/year operation going in the current environment.
All I can say is let's hope there really are interested parties this time and they are not still just blowing smoke. At the moment it's still very much a pgamble imo lol.
