The big difference between now and previous performance bongo is management. JA is keeping ady a very tight ship indeed, for example, news of the resource upgrade would have been out well before ann under ptrevious management. I dont think anyone expected the ann of resource upgrade, I for one was expecting a funding ann. Day by day JA is proving he is getting the job done.
