fisho - sorry if I gave the impression of support to the proposals! I am also fundamentally against it and have said so. I was only suggesting that IF there was capital short fall (and we all deserve to know what is going on here) that given the strong cash flow forecast for the company that they could buy back shares and concentrate the holdings. Finch et al are being shockingly rude to investors with their actions and stated intentions - and certainly not to be supported in my opinion.
