    Not sure if it capitulation or desperation. You need skin in the game to win......Distribution of P1 shares is imminent, Computershare confirms they are ready to go,all entitlements are worked out for GCN shareholders ,awaiting further details for P1 stockholders.....IMHO a 4c+ finish today before release is a good sign.
