    People just holding their breath. Especially those who maybe underwater

    capitulation usually come after THEY STOP.

    If its heading down and no updates today
    IF it can close better than .036

    THAT would be a GOOD SIGN

    If it can rally past .04 and close. THAT would be an excellent SIGN.

    But it should not just keep grinding down
    Good things DON'T
