I've on numerous agms voted no on pay rises to board members, due to IMHO their crap performance a lot of them seem to sit there and do zip?
But time after time motions are passed due to instos looting it through IMHO because they own more shares than retailers?
It's become a joke when retailers have next to no say in how company is run, but yet get drained of their savings from what it seems from both management and instos?
Flipping game of three card monte! Is there a means of class action for this obvious collusion or can we get a large shareholder who does not sympathise with instos to call a 249d and for everyone to vote out the current board and get some better performing directors that are actually interested in giving retailers a fair go? I've seen it happen with other companies recently before, it could happen with lyc if the rage is large enough!
