Ever since they hired a PR guy (and support staff, I would think) communications have gone downhill, IMO.
Lynas used to email me updates, etc. but that slowed and then completely stopped after this hire. I think it is time for Lynas to cut this position (for starters) to conserve money ... and reduce the benefits of the so called upper managemet until things improve.
