    I am hearing that Bataa and David have resigned from the board. As has the Company Secretary. They don’t even have a resident office address in Australia. So this company is now being run by two non resident directors from SAM who are based in China who don’t do anything. These resignations have not been released. 

    The company has been suspended for months.

    This is a total disgrace!
