    Confusing I would have thought that a Co that quote "You would presume that recent ANNS ..... drilling , financed to production" etc would indicate a board that has delivered pretty well and that the reason that the sp is nonplus is due to other variables such as someone holding it down to manipulate their own advantage as previously highlighted. Or SM dynamics or POG or something other than poor management?
