I have just mailed in my proxy form and voted for David Guy (of Officium Capital) to get on to the board so that he can look after the interests of us minority shareholders, as he is one himself and on behalf of the investors in his share funds.
I urge all of you to do the same, so that the useless board (possibly puppets of Duncan Saville) and ineffective management get a shakeup, and we can put in someone who will be more professional and financially astute.
