time for a board shakeup, page-8

All RSG holders,

I urge all of you to take action and send a strong message to the board and management that we are unhappy. Don't sit on your hands. Make your votes count.

Vote for David Guy of Officium Capital to get onto the board so that he can shake them up. Mr Guy is in the same boat as us and wants things to turnaround. He will act in the best interests of us minority shareholders, where currently no one currently on the board appears to at all.

If we act together we can make things happen!

While Duncan Saville (largest shareholder and appears to be the one controlling RSG) may have enough votes to quash this, we can at least send a strong message and make it known that everyone else is unhappy and wants someone strong and highly credible (i.e David Guy of Officium Capital) to represent us, and help us realise the latent value in RSG which the current ineffective board and management have shown very little ability to do.
