'Anyone else think a few small changes could really help propel this business?'

Yep, certainly do, yet they do hold a dominant share of the market, but are losing out to the likes of Tammy Barton's My Budget.
Having said that it is operated by one of the most understated, yet quietly over performing CEO's in the business - Tim Odillo Maher with 42.9m shares (a huge chunk).

My only concern is that he may be becoming stale and he's now 15 years older than when I first started investing in FSA. Good to see Sam Doumany (the Chair) retire and maybe David Bowers can inject some enthusiasm into the non-conforming loan portfolio.

The base business is solid and I do believe they will get a kick along after December 31 when product and service providers can resume taking action for non payment or late payment of debts. This will force many to seek the assistance of firms like FSA. There's got to be tens and tens of thousands of households who are now in a deep financial hole.
