i look at it two ways one the BOD knows something from the dhem on f and also t10 or two they are scrambling to try and save themselves. Im thinking it is more likely something of a biggish ann will be issued for the next one.. In this market they did well to get the 4m at any price so someone knows enough of whats to come to have been happy to enter with t payment etc etc I'm thinking this is all a long game with a reasonably well known outcome ready to drop.. also with the market prices are down.. down down.. there is a good chance of some acceleration.. unless of course they have totally screw d the pooch..
