Hi Tom,

Appreciate the effort in making board changes and posting on HC.

I assume that this will mean current shareholders will be diluted to oblivion. 450 million shares currently on issue. Minimum of 2.5 billion shares at 0.2 cents or more likley 5 billion at 0.1 cent to raise the $5 mil, and then likely a 10 for 1 consolidation or something similar. Worse if raising more than $5 mil.

Point being you are asking shareholders to choose between a worthless or next to worthless investment. There is not much in it for them.

Who do you have lined up for all these shares, and will it be a classic case of directors mates getting their fill and lining their pockets on a SP pump?

FWIW I will be voting for the change.
