And I'm pretty bored by people declaring there should be a class action every time a company goes through a period of trouble. There is a place for class actions but I'm not sure what there success rate will be like over time.

Investing in business is risky and there are very few business that go along pretty much untroubled year in year out.

If you think class actions will subsidise your losses my suggestion is put your money in a term deposit.
