time for a cleansing statement

There has been a lot of debate here over the last few days about what "100% paid for" really means.

When I read the announcement my reaction was that it had been very carefully worded.

CDU management must read this stuff. If they were able surely they would release an announcement that clarified the position.

Regret this still isn't clear enough for me to get on board.
