I would personally be horrified if a dividend was announced. Every $ gxy have should be going into developing the current projects, not wasted so that a few shareholders feel a bit better about their investment.

Giving out dividends is just financially careless and will slow progress on those projects.

If you want dividends invest inna company that is established and not just getting started.
