I wholeheartedly agree bennyhop that nurses are special and should be left alone and they were not the intended targets of my post. I would also exempt essential workers including public doctors & law enforcement officers.
My general comment was meant to encompass pollies and admin workers. I apologise to any nurse reading HC for including you in my previous post, as my mum was a nurse for decades and she would not be happy with me. I'll never know how she finished at 10 pm and started again at 7 am the next morning. I would even give nurses a pay rise or special one-off payment, for the load they are presently carrying.
