Time for A grade C suite Management

With so much going in in the Thermal Coal sector especially at the low end of the market cap space, this is the perfect time for a CEO to be moving and shaking in the M&A space. We need serious and experienced Management who understand the Global and Corporate arena which sadly we just dont appear have. The current has presided over a value catastrophe and now TER sits perilously close to oblivion if not irrelevance. Lets move the current guy back to mine management and get an experienced international chief executive in to run the show and someone who understands the entire business including global coal marketing, finance and growth albeit via mergers or acquisitions. Plenty of Coal Companies out there to take over and consolidate and grow TER into a proper robust miner and marketer of scale and importance.
