Surely they announce plans for expansion prior to the AGM as well, let the market digest them, then give a broader summary at the AGM. Having said that, no need to let the competition know before you are set up. I expect we hear about Canada first, with our general comments about a UK / European expansion.
With an increased sales and marketing push in the USA, some good numbers should be posted as well.
I see a floor around the raise price of $1.60 as well, unless the broader market has major issues.
