ASIC wouldn't concern itself with the way LEG took over the Gidgee project and Mine. That is past now and dates back to Nov.
There were no objections and everything was legally complete. ASX got all the required papers. It was approved by shareholders.
They are constantly scrutinizing stocks anyway; however, this is a different matter.
