Voting down the remuneration package forces the BoD to vote again
If voted down once again , they then have to look at BoD being replaced.
If you are happy with what the current BoD have done you can vote accordingly but be assured I'm betting at least 30% will be against remuneration and certain BoD members who have to date contributed nothing.
What management would give away 70% of Thor suspecting its a Julimar lookalike and we have nothing in return. They knocked on our door remember. It's like someone knocking on your door wanting to buy your house and then you sell it to them for a pittance. How does that work
Think about that for a minute and how much CHN have to spend to end up with 70%. We could easily have raised that money and done it ourselves. But unfortunately at the moment we're better off with CHN because at least something may happen.
Our BoD are paid good money to increase shareholder wealth, I'm betting there aren't too many in the green at the moment
Sorry, but I've been burnt enough in the past to sit idly by and let it happen again.
