For as many years, NCM always has a problem this way or another way every single year, employees got killed, contractors got killed, mining caves collapsed, tailings dam collapsed, you name it. Now, he seems find finite bottle-necks to increase the production. The question is how he got those bottle-necks in the first place. Are the designers are too incompetent or the CEO incompetent?
As discussed here before about the collapse of the dam, it's either a designer problem or a construction problem, and someone has to be accountable. But no one - you will never get an explanation for the collapse.
With gold demand not as strong as the supply, they should probably focus on a bit more perfectibility. Anyway, just vent some frustration as a share holder.
