    The commercials (smart money) have one of their lowest short positions EVER and 99% of the time they are right. So sooner or later we will have a short covering rally which will blow the shorts out of the water (Fund managers & Hedge funds) who are usually wrong at key turning points. Those that are selling NCM here are capitulating at the wrong time. Good luck all NCM holders. Stay long as the rally is coming.
