I don't appreciate RNU's slow progress, but howdo you expect the project to be sustainable with current pricing? To attract financing and investors and buyers afterall $$ is everything.
POSCO signed with SYR: 1 they are an establishedmature producer; 2 cheap. However signing with SYR does not mean POSCO wouldnot sign with anyone else. Secure and cheap suppliers are always indemand. We are just not yet there.
