Pretty dismal performance there. You may find it frustrating at times as that is a very bottom end processor (the heart of the machine) and only 2gb RAM means it will barely operate a 64bit operating system. If for example the Anti Virus is scanning it will almost certainly freeze up your browser.
I would spend just a little more, and look for minimum 4gb RAM so it won't freeze up so easily.
To find out if your processor is any good look for it on Pass Mark, the bible for CPU performance.

Of you are comfortable to buy online, a quick look on ebay brought up this basic but solid system for $425 with free delivery, from a seller with 100% feedback. I am not associated in any way to seller.
