AMD Sempron 3100+ (1.8ghz) I upgraded from 512mb to 1GB RAM PC3200DDR. 80GB 7200 RPM Ultra DMA DVD doesn't work anymore.
I believe the OS is a 32 bit system so only upgradable to 4GB RAM.
Want to keep this one operating as well so probably want a complete system (monitor, keyboard mouse..)
The officeworks system looks like can be upgraded to 4GB without a problem...
If downloading a movie (from quickflix or whatever) I'll probably use the tablet and connect to TV with HDMI, so not fussed about that side of things...
I think I will look around. I could do a complete reboot of my current computer, just thought that it is getting a too old and you can hear it clicking away trying to get the info out....
Always had problems with IE crashing and now firefow seems to be unstable...
