The biggest difference is IMU is precision medicine, aimed at hitting a specific target, this stops the cascade.
Whereas Alzheimer’s is definitely multi factorial. The possibility of reducing cortisol to cure or even modify the disease is a real moon shot. Decades of lifestyle choices cause Alzheimer’s . At least 22 factors have been identified. I think it’s highly unlikely that one drug will fix this problem.
As far as results go IMU has 2 complete responders or two cases showing no signs of cancer.
If ACW can’t show that level of POC then the choice as an investor is clear.
