So who is Beninvest and what have they got to do with MST? Take a look at who is a senior partner at Beninvest. None other than Alain Mestat. Thats Alain Jacques Robert Mestat of 18 Rue Charles Bernhoeft in Luxembourg. Ring any bells?

Ever tried and track down Luxinvest Capital Advisors. Note that their website doesn't even provide telephone numbers to contact them which is pretty telling. How does a company attract investors / customers with just a street address? Why wouldn't you want potential customers to call you? Luxinvest does however provide a registered address. That address is 18 Rue Charles Bernhoeft in Luxembourg. Seems to be the residence of Alain according to the directory.

Luxinvest seems to consists of Alain and his mate Paul. As an aside Pauls' profile tells us that he is "especially known for his creative solutions required in complex structured financing cases". They also seem to have a part time legal guy named Pierre. Amonst other things Pierre apparently "advises on major multi-jurisdictional acquisitions for financial/industrial groups".

So anyway, back to Beninvest. Beninvest's office is located on the 12 floor of the DuMont building. Thats 515 Madison Avenue, New York. Alain is their man in Luxemburg by the look of things and in their own words Luxemburg is the best place to setup a vehicle for an acquisition / M&A.

Now the dots don't go right to Lexington Ave but they do lead back to that neighbourhood. The web gets more complex from here. So many avenues to explore (excuse the punn). The man with the short trousers may hold a clue.
