There are some posts on this done well....some posts not so well and more lately more have been venturing into the latter which is just emotional outbursts without understanding legal ramifications imo. I am certainly not discrediting the quality of some information or posts on this subject. But equally remember no one at this point has been convicted of any illegal activity or wrong doing from ASIC or ASX perspective and some accusations on here are inferred on what is intent without proof that there assertions are correct.
A gazillion complaints have been lodged with ASIC and I at this point have to trust the process and move on, as it is my decision on what I otherwise have or choose to do in relation to this stock from here. Equally I am happy parties are discussing with lawyers about a class action as if there is enough evidence to show warranted to pursue I will join it. But equally at this point there is no class action, no prosecution by ASIC etc and hence at this point despite my own concerns one has to accept that there might not be the smoking gun we would all like to believe which helps justify the appalling share price. Executive or management incompetence perhaps, lack of effective tech perhaps....but there are many reasons why a spec may fail. Sometimes investors and traders of specs seem to lose sight of that when 90% of the specs head down the path of oblivion.
