OEL merging BYE into OEL would probably require the issuing of another gazillion shares - not sure that we want to do that. A fair number of us have share in both OEL and BYE and I think there are benefits in keeping the two entities seperate for those of us in that situation. We can't seem to be able to get OEL to properly manage what they've already got and communicate properly with shareholders.
