The end of the manipulated market is long overdue if that is what the PM means.
I agree with nearly everything the PM is reported as saying in that article.
He, Obama, and other world leaders are going to face huge challenges in attempting to bring about such a fundamental but IMO badly needed change though.
The details will be interesting as the plan slowly unfolds.
