Quite frankly I don`t think Rudd or even Obama know what to do.
So they have surround themselves with the so called Experts, who had presided over the destruction.
Didn`t trust them and don`t trust them now.
Lots of very bad advice is being given.
The more things change the more they stay the same.
We will see.
