totally agree - but would you put money on an appeal?
Moreso - would you put money on a hearing that came down from a previously appealed decision - and won (the appeal)? Hell of a long shot for my money.
Yes I have seen some cases over the years as well - but they don't take kindly to it at all.
Anyway - personally I doubt if they will appeal - I might be wishful thinking there though - though I might be wrong, the next few days will tell the story I guess.
The funny thing is that it is really still game over anyway - even if they won everything that was potentially up for grabs at the moment - they would still come up short and at best only be able to make a bit of trouble ?? still makes no sense.
