Possible Scenario:

Price of Gold High, Buying as many smaller mines as possible- Building Reserves beyond the 5yrs... Suits LT Investors
While the Price of gold is at this premium, spend as much money as you can Drilling and extracting as much data on these reserves, while the POG is +$1.7K oz, Build a +5yr Mining Map.
In this high profit period, dig and process all the low grade reserves that cover the high grade ore and hopefully remove as much low grade overburden from above the rich deposits. While still making a relative profit in this phase.
Yes, this does affect the immediate Operational Costs now, but should the price of gold fall having this work completed could make all the difference... Hopefully, Future proofing the investment beyond the 5 yr term and clearing the way for lower operational cost in to the future.

Either way, we're in for the long haul, and think FML and tenement Neighbours MRP could be the next KCMG (Kalgoolie Consolidated Mining Group)
